Legal Advertisement For Bid
The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority is seeking sealed bids for the supply and installation of the various Geosynthetics, associated materials and appurtenances for the construction of the landfill liner identified as Cell 7 Expansion Construction. A detailed bid document will be available from Alliance Consulting, Inc. in either hard or digital format. There will be a non-refundable charge of $125 for the hard copies of the bid documents.
Prospective bidders should provide notice of their intention to bid to the Project Engineer, Brian Shorts, P.E. at Alliance Consulting, Inc. by email at [email protected] no later than June 24, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
An non-mandatory pre bid meeting may be conducted on site on June 29, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at 480 Landfill Road, Lewisburg, WV 24901 upon request.
Sealed bids will be accepted until July 8, 2026, until 10:00 a.m. Bids will be opened on July 8, 2026, at 10:05 a.m. All bids must be sealed and marked as “Liner Bid”. Bids can be mailed or dropped off to the Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority at 480 Landfill Road, Lewisburg, WV 24901.

The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities.
