GREENBRIER COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA

The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority (GCSWA) seeks proposals for engineering services for the design, permitting, and QC monitoring of a Geosynthetic Composite Liner System at the Greenbrier County Landfill located at 480 Landfill Road, Lewisburg, WV,

The GCSWA seeks proposals for the following tasks:

1. Design and Permit 4 Acre Geosynthetic Composite Liner System

2. Generate all Bid and Contract documents

3. Perform CQA Monitoring, Testing, and Certification during Construction

Site visits can be arranged by calling Kelly Childers – Executive Director, at 304-645-2489.

All interested parties are invited to submit an expression of interest via email to Kelly Childers at [email protected] by August 15, 2024. Completed proposals, along with proof of qualification, are requested by August 19, 2024.

The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap, or national origin in the award of services. The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part.
