The Hampshire County Commission is requesting vendors to submit proposals to remove and dispose of the two existing units currently on the Courthouse roof and to install replacement units. Proposals should provide for the equivalent of the two current five-ton units and may utilize modern high efficiency options as well as more traditional systems. Proposal package should include the vendor’s licensing documentation and demonstrate the ability to obtain state required bonding and insurance. Additional information and a site inspection may be scheduled by contacting the Hampshire County Clerk’s Office from 8 – 4 on weekdays at 304-822-5112. Completed proposals should be clearly marked on the envelope and may be mailed to The Hampshire County Commission, PO Box 806, Romney, WV 26761, or hand delivered to the County Clerk’s Office at 19 East Main Street, Romney no later than 4 p.m. Friday, August 21, 2015.
