James L. Pitrolo, Jr., Chairman of the West Virginia Health Care Authority, today announced that the Authority has received a Letter of Intent from Advantage Home Care, LLC, Clay County, CON File #17-1/3/4/5/7-10991-PC, for the provision of personal care services in Braxton, Calhoun, Clay, Fayette, Kanawha, Nicholas, Raleigh, and Roane counties. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $10,000.
Further information regarding the Letter of Intent, including the Certificate of Need application when submitted, is on the Authority’s website at www.hca.wv.gov.
