The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from United Physicians Care, Inc. CON File #24-4-12955- P, for the development of an ambulatory health care facility through the acquisition of a physician practice in Ronceverte, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. Capital Expenditure $175,600.
