Notice of Public Hearing
The Town of Hendricks, a municipal corporation, will hold a final vote on a proposed ordinance. The title of said ordinance is “REFUSE COLLECTION FEE ORDINANCE.” The principal object of said ordinance is to amend Article 3, Section 1 of the ORDINANCE REGULATING AND CONTROLLING REFUSE COLLECTION REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL IN THE TOWN OF HENDRICKS, STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA.
The final vote on adoption if said ordinance shall be held on Tuesday, May 17th, 2106, at 7:00 p.m. at Hendricks Town Hall, Hendricks, West Virginia. Interested parties may appear and be heard at such time with respect to said ordinance. The ordinance may be materially amended at said meeting.
If adopted, said ordinance shall immediately become effective from the time of its passage.
