The City of Fairmont’s Historic Preservation Review Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, October 7, 2019 at 5pm at the Public Safety Building at 500 Quincy Street. The following topic(s) will be discussed at such time and any interested persons may appear and be heard regarding the matter:
• City Neon, on behalf of Wesbanco Bank, Inc., is requesting a certificate of appropriateness to replace a projecting sign at their 301 Addams Street location. The previous sign, located at the corner of Adams Street and Jefferson Street was removed due to vehicular damage.
• Heather Neill, of Heritage Real Estate Co., is requesting a certificate of appropriateness to place a wall sign at 309 Cleveland Avenue.
