HUNTINGTON WATER QUALITY BOARD Request for Statement of Qualifications Architectural/ Engineering Services for HQWB Office Renovations SECTION 1: NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT The Huntington Water Quality Board (HWQB) is seeking qualifications from architectural/engineering firms interested in providing full-service design and construction administration for Architectural/Engineering Services for HQWB Office Renovations located in Huntington, WV. This improved office space may include renovating the existing building to improve/add ADA accessibility, expand office space, and improve/add conference and board meeting facilities. Landscaping and parking improvements may also be considered. HWQB is interested in exploring "Green" alternatives and technologies to enhance this renovation. This RFQ shall follow the guidelines set forth in West Virginia State Code Chapter 5G et al. All firms submitting proposals will be considered and those firms considered most qualified will be short-listed and interviewed by the selection committee. Expression of Interest (EOI): Prospective consultants must submit the EOI to the Huntington Water Quality Board office, 555 7th Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701, ATTN: Jefferson E. Brady, P.E. (Contact), or via email at [email protected], no later than 4:00 p.m., November 14, 2025. The EOI may be a one-sentence letter or email simply expressing interest in the project and requesting the detailed Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Early submission of the EOI is strongly encouraged. Upon receiving the EOI, the HWQB will issue access to the detailed RFQ, which will provide further information about the project and the selection process. Statement of Qualifications (SOQ): Prospective firms must submit a SOQ no later than 4:00 p.m., December 12, 2025. NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The SOQ shall follow the outline and provide information as presented in the RFQ. Failure to follow the outline and provide the information required may result in immediate disqualification of the SOQ.
