NOTICE OF PUBLICATION NATURAL MOTHER/FATHER ORDER OF PUBLICATION HARRISON COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: JUVENILE PETITION NO. G.V. 20-JA-93-1 L.V. 20-JA-94-1 M.V. 20-JA-95-1 A.G. 20-JA-96-1 TO: JAMIE DENT and TIMOTHY GOLDEN. The purpose of the above action is to determine guardianship of the children, G.V., born March 11, 2011; the child, L.V., born April 15, 2013; the child, M.V., born July 3, 2014; and A.G., born November 23, 2018, to Jamie Dent. The petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking permanent legal and physical custody of the said infant children. It is ORDERED that Jamie Dent, the biological mother of the children, G.V., L.V., M.V., and A.G., and Timothy Golden, the biological father of the aforementioned child, A.G., appear in the Harrison County Circuit Court, Division I, 4 th Floor, Harrison County Courthouse, Clarksburg, West Virginia, on the 1 st day of September, 2020 at 1:00 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as it may be heard, for the adjudication of Jamie Dent and Timothy Golden. Said persons are instructed that they have thirty (30) days from this Notice to answer the Petition herein. Said persons are given notice that they must object, or, otherwise permanent legal and physical custody of the said infant children may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources and parental rights may be permanently terminated. Said Jamie Dent and Timothy Golden shall have the right to be represented by counsel and if they cannot pay for the services of counsel, counsel will be appointed.
