The object of the above entitled action is a Complaint to Quiet Title, against Defendants their heirs known and unknown. Plaintiff, by Petition, state that they do not know whereabouts of the Defendants, their heirs, successors or assigns.
It is ORDERED that Defendants, their heirs, successors or assigns, appear and serve upon Laura Richmond Moye, counsel for Plaintiffs, whose address is 112 Main Street Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before April 24, 2026; otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office in Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
