Notice is hereby given that Jason C. Sloan d/b/a/ Bad Boy’s Bail Bonds, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, will appear before the Honorable Paul Blake, Judge of the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, on the 22nd day of November, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at the Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville, West Virginia, for the purpose of obtaining authority to be qualified bondsman before the Circuit Court of said County. Any person who can show good cause why such authority should not be granted to the applicant should be present at the time and place.
