Code 55-7-6(b), who wish to make a claim for a portion of the confidential settlement reached on behalf of Mr. Nutter’s estate must appear before this Court on November 25, 2019, at 10.00 a.m. at the Fayette County Courthouse located at 100 North Court Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia. In the event that you do not appear on this designated date and time, any potential claim you may have will be deemed waived.
