ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this action is to establish the petitioners, D.E.N and B.A.N., as the parents of the above named minor child, C.A.L.B by way of a Petition for Adoption.
It appears by affidavit that the petitioners have exercised due diligence, without success, to ascertain the current residence and current whereabouts of the birth father.
Pursuant to the Rule 4(e) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedures, the birth father of the infant child, Jeffrey Michael Borne, is notified that the style of the action filed by the petitioners is listed above; that the object of the civil action is for the adoption of C.A.L.B. by D.E.N. and B.A.N.; that the parental rights of the birth father regarding the infant child may be terminated in the above proceeding; that the birth father may appear and defend any of his rights within the required time after service; and, that if the birth father is properly served with notice and fails to respond within the required time after service, he may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceeding.
The petitioner’s attorney is: Anthony Ciliberti Jr., Post Office Box 621, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840; a copy of the Petition for Adoption may be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Fayette County, West Virginia, 100 North Court Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840, (304) 574-4249; the birth father must appear and defend on or before thirty (30) days from the day of the first publication of this Order; otherwise the relief requested by the petitioners will be granted against the birth father not so appearing or defending at any time thereafter.
