The above entitled action is a civil suit to seek payment of unpaid payments on a note granted to plaintiff by defendant in the original principal amount of $31,706.87 plus interest at the rate of 4.72{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} per annum.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the current whereabouts of the defendant, Jeffrey D. Lane, are unknown, it is ordered that Jeffrey D. Lane do serve upon J. Nicholas Barth, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Post Office Box 129, Charleston, West Virginia 25321, an answer or other defense to the Action for Declaratory Judgment and further relief filed in this action within one month of the publication date thereof otherwise judgment by default will be taken against him at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
