ORDER OF PUBLICATION
Pursuant to West Virginia Code § 55-7-7, notice is hereby given to all relatives of Donald Lee Cohernour, to all other interested parties, and those dependant upon him or otherwise entitled to damages from his death.  The proposed settlement of this matter, and the relief sought in “THE AMENDED PETITION OF JOHN LEE COHERNOUR, ADMI-NISTRATOR OF THE ESTATE OF DONALD LEE COHERNOUR, DE-CEASED FOR LEAVE TO COMPRO-MISE A CLAIM FOR DEATH BY WRONGFUL ACT UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF WEST VIRGINIA CODE 55-7-7 AND FOR APPROVAL OF SAID SETTLEMENT” will be brought on for a hearing before the Honorable James J. Rowe, Judge of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, on August 24, 2015 at 1:30 p.m., at the Greenbrier County Courthouse, at which time damages shall be apportioned.  A copy of the petition may be obtained from the undersigned clerk.
