The purpose of the above-styled action is to appoint a guardian and conservator on behalf of Roxann Michell McDonald. By way of petition Barbara Loudermilk seeks to be appointed as the guardian and conservator of Roxann Michell McDonald. Said petition is filed pursuant to the provisions of West Virginia Code 44A-2-1 et seq.
It appearing that the whereabouts of WINNIE MAE MCDERMOTT and ROBERT LYNN COLE are unknown, and such persons are statutorily designated interested persons in the subject petition. As such, WINNIE MAE MCDERMOTT and ROBERT LYNN COLE are hereby given NOTICE that a hearing will be held before Thomas White, mental hygiene commissioner of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in the Greenbrier County Courthouse, 200 North Court Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901, on November 23, 2015, at 2:00 PM. Said persons of interest may appear at such time and place and be heard by the court. Failure to appear at such time and place, or to otherwise respond to the subject petition, will not preclude the court from proceeding to final disposition of this matter, if the court, in its discretion, determines it is appropriate to proceed accordingly.
