Ingram will apply by Petition to the Family Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court the name of his/her name from Joseph Brayden Ingram to Brayden Joseph Ingram, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
