To the above defendants:
This suit is to quiet title to the plaintiffs of real property in White Sulphur District, Greenbrier County, WV, acquired by Glen E. Grimmett & Janice S. Grimmett, from the heirs of Cornelious Samuel Caldwell (being one and the same as Neal Caldwell), deceased, by deed dated June 17, 1987, of record in the Greenbrier County Clerk’s Office on Sept. 11, 1987, in DB 383, Pg. 11, being the same real estate that Cornelious Samuel Caldwell owned at the time of his intestate death on Jan. 6, 1987.
It appearing by affidavits filed in this action that the names and/or whereabouts of certain of the defendants are unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that within 30 days of the first publication hereof, you serve upon Lieselotte Heil, of counsel, Turner Law Firm, PO Box 1865, Lewisburg, WV 24901, attorney for the plaintiffs, an answer, including any related counter-claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this civil action. If you fail to do so, thereafter, upon proper hearing and trial, judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of the complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
