The purpose of this action is to advise Brian Bittinger that a preliminary hearing is presently scheduled in regard to his biological child, A. B., who is presently in the physical and legal custody of the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources.
It appearing that the last known whereabouts of Brian Bittinger is in the Lewisburg,  West Virginia area, it is ORDERED that Brian Bittinger appear in the office of the Honorable Robert E. Richardson,  Judge of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, 200 North Court Street, Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901, on Friday, October 16, 2015, at 11:30 AM of that day and object, or make other defense, to the preliminary hearing.
