TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The purpose of this action is to advise the parties that a preliminary hearing is presently scheduled in regard to the unknown father of K. H. The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking the unknown father of K. H. to conduct a preliminary hearing on his behalf.
It appearing that the whereabouts of the unknown father of K. H., it is ORDERED that the unknown father of K. H. appear in the office of the Honorable James J. Rowe, Judge of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, 200 North Court Street, Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901, on Monday, January 5, 2015, at 1:45 PM of that day and object, or make other defense, to the petition, otherwise custody of the child may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources.
Further, it is hereby ORDERED that the unknown father of K. H. be advised of his right to have counsel at every stage of these proceedings and that counsel has been appointed and failure to appear may result in the severance of parental rights and the transfer of custody of said child unto the petitioner.
