PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Tyler Zachary Mitchell intends to request an Order from the Circuit Court of HAMPSHIRE County, State of West Virginia, for name change to Lindsey Jade Helmick after this Notice has been published for one week and proof of same rendered to the Court. A hearing on this matter will be held on the 21st day of July, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. before the Hampshire County Circuit Court located at the Hampshire County Judicial Center, 50 S. High Street, Romney, West Virginia.
Any person who has objection to the change of said name for any reason may appear at the time and place set forth above and shall be heard in opposition to such change. This publication shall contain a provision that the hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
