Please be advised that a Complaint for Declaratory Judgment for Land Sale Agreement has been filed in the above-captioned action in the Circuit Court of Hampshire County, West Virginia. The object of this action is to obtain an Order granting a Deed to William A Strawderman and Michelle L. Strawderman for the tract of real estate described in the Land Sale Agreement dated November 29, 2012. You have the right too be represented by Counsel at all stages of the proceedings in this matter. You should file an answer or other response to this action no later than June 13, 2025.
A copy of the Complaint and the Notice of hearing in this case was attached to the front door of your usual place of abode at 307 Clover Hill Road, Pasadena, Maryland 21122, by a qualified process servicer and also mailed to your address stated above by the Circuit Clerk of Hampshire County, West Virginia, by certified mail.
Please be further advised that a hearing has been scheduled in the above-captioned matter on July 21, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the Hampshire County Judicial Center located at 50 South High Street, Romney, West Virginia, and you should be present at the aforesaid day and time to protect your interests.
The publication will contain a provision that the haring may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
