The object of this suit is to obtain guardianship of the above minor, BLH.
To the above-named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this matter that Heather Willard is a non-resident of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Heather Willard serve upon Kelly Beck, attorney for Petitioner, whose address is 301 W. Burke St. Suite B Martinsburg, WV 25401 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this matter. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
After this Notice has been published for two weeks and proof of same rendered to the Court a hearing on this matter will be held on the 30th day of July 2025 at 9:00 a.m. before the Circuit Court located at the Hampshire County Judicial Center, 50 S. High St. Romney, West Virginia. This hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this Office.
