Please take notice that Jenny Mae Umstot, of 268 Ervin Lane, Augusta, West Virginia 26704, will on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 9:15 a.m., or as soon thereafter as Counsel can be heard, apply to the Circuit Court of Hampshire County, West Virginia, at the Hampshire County Judicial Center, 50 High Street, Romney, West Virginia, for a change of name from Jenny Mae Umstot to Jenny Mae Isenberg.

Any person or persons who feel that they are likely to be injured by the change of name of Jenny Mae Umstot to Jenny Mae Isenberg, or who know of any reason why her name should not be so changed, may appear at the time and place named in this notice, and each may be heard in opposition to such requested change.

The hearing in this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
