The object of the above entitled action is rescind the foreclosure sale of July 19, 2012 to relating to the Deed of Trust recorded in Hampshire County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book 384, at page 568.
And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of Respondents, Estate of Larry T. Davis and Janelle M. Davis, are unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Respondents serve upon Petitioner’s attorney W. Scott Campbell of the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 601 Morris Street, Suite 400, Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer or any defense to the Petition filed in this action, on or before September 7, 2015; otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Respondent(s) at any time thereafter. A copy of the Petition in this action may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s office.
