The Object of the above entitled action is to obtain an order and decree from the Circuit Court of Hampshire County, West Virginia, that Defendant Steven Ritenour, was involved in an automobile accident and caused bodily injury to the Plaintiff.
And it appearing that the Defendants are residents of the State of West Virginia, with a last known address being 367 Eurasian Drive, Bunker Hill West Virginia 25413.
It is Ordered that Defendants do serve upon Christopher D. Janelle, Esquire, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 224 W. King Street, Martinsburg, WV 25401, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action within 30 days, otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
