PUBLIC NOTICE

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Nicole R. Talbert intends to request an Order from the Circuit Court of HAMPSHIRE County, State of West Virginia, for name change of a minor child from I.N.S. to I.N.T. after this Notice has been published for one week and proof of same rendered to the Court. A hearing on this matter will be held on the 23rd day of December, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. before the Hampshire Circuit Court located at the Hampshire County Judicial Center, 50 South High Street, Romney, West Virginia 26757.

Any person who has objection to the change of said name for any reason may appear at the time and place set forth above and shall be heard in opposition to such change. The publication shall contain a provision that the hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
