ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above entitled action is to cure a current Order of Administration, to authorize the Plaintiff to replace the Defendant, Julie Lynne Lane, as Administratrix of the Estate of Richard Allen Lane. The Estate contains real and personal property that must be properly administrated through probate to ensure that all heirs receive their fair share of the Estate.
This is a Class II legal advertisement and shall be published once a week for two successive weeks.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that both Julie Lynne Lane and James Franklin Lane are not located at the above addresses and no information exists as to whether they are residents or non-residents of the State of West Virginia and their last known addresses and whereabouts are unknown.
Ordered that each of them do appear and serve upon James E. Smith, II, Esquire, Counsel for the Plaintiff, whose address is P.O. Box 127, Keyser, West Virginia 26726, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the 15th day of March, 2026, otherwise judgment by default will be obtained from the undersigned Clerk located at 50 South High Street, Romney, Hampshire County, West Virginia.
