ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit Is to obtain an adoption, to change the name of the Infant child from J.R.P. to J.R.G. or other affirmative relief.
To the Respondent
It Is hereby ordered that Respondent Rodrigo Pizarro serve upon Max H. White, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address Is P.O. Box 148, Keyser, WV 26726, an answer, Including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition for adoption filed In this action no later than 30 days after the date of the first publication thereof and do what Is necessary to protect your interests. If you fall to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition and your parental rights may be terminated. This matter shall come on for a final hearing on the 18th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 9:30 a.m. at which time Respondent Rodrigo Pizarro may appear to protect his interests If he so desires.
