Upon the 29th day of April, 2015, came the Petitioner, Deanna Dalayne Shue West Martin, by counsel, Jame T. Kratovil, and represented to the court that she desired to change her name from Deanna Dalayne Shue West Martin to Deanna Dalayne Shue West and needs the Court to schedule a hearing on her Petition.
Upon consideration of all of which the Court is of the opinion to and does accordingly ORDER that a hearing be held on the Petitioner’s Petition on the 15th day of June, 2015 at the hour of 2:00 o’clock p.m. in the Circuit Courthouse of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia.
