The object of this suit is to obtain stepparent adoption.
It appearing by the Affidavit filed in this action that the Respondent Brandon Paul Heminway is a nonresident or unknown resident of the State of West Virginia for whom no agent or appointed or statutory agent or attorney in fact is found in the State upon whom service may be had, it is hereby ordered that Brandon Paul Heminway serve upon Gregory A. Bailey, Esq., Arnold & Bailey, PLLC, 208 North George Street, Charles Town WV 25414, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before September 8, 2025. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the motion.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
