The Object of the above entitled action is to obtain an order and decree from the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia, determining the appropriate disposition of Richmond American Homes’ Damages Deposit funds.
And it appearing by affidavit in this action that Orchard Knolls, LLC, whose last known address is c/o Brian C. Burke, Sr., 525 K E East Market Street, #335, Leesburg, VA 20176, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is ordered that Orchard Knolls, LLC, do serve upon Braun A. Hamstead, Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is 113 Fairfax Boulevard, Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before May 29, 2015, otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter.
