ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above entitled action is to quiet the title and confirm as absolute title in fee simple in the name of the Plaintiff on a certain lot on South George Street, Map 6, Parcel 19, taxed in the name of Emily Robinson Jackson and the relief prayed for by the Plaintiff herein, that the Defendants and their heirs be forever barred and estopped from having any claim, title or interest thereto.
It appearing from the affidavit filed in this action that the above-named Defendants are deceased or they are non-residents of the State of West Virginia and their whereabouts are unknown. It is hereby ORDERED that the above named Defendants, their heirs, devisees and assigns and all others who may claim an interest in the real estate described herein shall serve upon James B. Crawford, III, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 120 N. George Street, Suite 100, Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer, including any related counterclaims or defenses that they may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before the 2nd day of January, 2026. If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of the complaint may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
