Brewer filed a Petition for Adoption in the above-styled action. Pursuant to an Affidavit filed by Petitioner's counsel, the whereabouts of the Respondent father are unknown. The object of this action is to adopt the minor unemancipated child with the initials of C.M.B., and thus terminate the parental rights of the biological father. This Petition will be brought on for hearing on the 12th day of January, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. before the Honorable Tera L. Salango, Judge of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, at the Kanawha County Courthouse, 111 Court Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25301, at which time and place the Respondent father may appear to protect his interests.
