NOTICE OF FILING OF PETITION FOR FORFEITURE
The object of this suit is to seek an order forfeiting the herein described property pursuant to the West Virginia Contraband Forfeiture Act, Chapter 60A, Article 7, Section 701 through 707, et. seq., as amended.
To: Any claimant of a right or interest in said property
You have the right to file a claim to the herein described property on or before the 27th day of August, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Any such claim must clearly state the identity of the claimant and an address where legal process can be served upon said claimant.
The property seized and subject of this suit is described as follows: TEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND FIVE ($ 10,905.00) DOLLARS IN UNITED STATES CURRENCY, A ZASAVA SERBIA 7.62X39 CALIBER PISTOL SERIAL # M92PV061122, A BLACK APPLE I-PHONE SERIAL # F2LVQMXTJCL6, A SIG SAUER P226 .40 CALIBER PISTOL SERIAL # UU7385121, SEVRAL BOXES OF 7.62X39 BULLETS, AND TWO 7.26X39 MAGAZINES.
The law enforcement agency responsible for the seizure is the West Virginia Southern Regional Drug and Violent Crime Task Force.
The seizure was made on June 5, 2018 during a search of the residence located at 171 Cedar Ridge Road, Princeton, WV 24739.
That the above listed respondent property was in the possession of Robert Lockett,Stephanie
Larkins and Kelley Lilly.
That after the date for filing of said claims, an order of the Court directing forfeiture of the seized property to the State and vesting ownership of said property shall be sought.
If you fail to file a claim, thereafter an order, upon proper herein, may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
