The object of the entitled action is for condemnation of certain property rights of the Defendants as outlined within the Complaint filed herein, and for such relief as the Court finds appropriate.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the last-known addresses for the Defendant, Geraldine Reynolds, is in Reidsville, North Carolina; the Defendant, Dwayne Thomas, is in Mundelein, Illinois; the Defendant, Steve Thornton, is in Minooka, Illinois; the Defendant, Johnny Thornton, is in Madison, North Carolina; and the Defendant, Robert Thornton, is in Madison, North Carolina.
It is, therefore, ORDERED that the said Defendant appear and serve upon William S. Winfrey, II, Attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 1608 West Main Street, P.O. Box 1159, Princeton, West Virginia, telephone: (304) 487-1887, and whose email address is [email protected], an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before March 23, 2020, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this Office in the City of Princeton in said County and State.
