Notice is further given that a Modification of Disposition hearing in this case is scheduled for Monday, July 20, 2026 at 1:30 p.m., before the Honorable Debra McLaughlin, located in the Circuit Courtroom, Morgan County Circuit Court, Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. A copy of the Petition for Modification can be obtained from the Morgan County Circuit Clerk’s Office, Morgan County Courthouse, Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. The parents of this child have the right to counsel at every stage in these proceedings, and if not already appointed an attorney, one may be appointed for them upon application of the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
