You are hereby notified that a Petition for the adoption of D.M.W., an infant female child born on the 10th day of December, 2003, has been filed in the Circuit Court of Pocahontas County, West Virginia, by Petitioners, Robert Louia Hilleary and Heather Dawn Hilleary, husband and wife, who will on the 8th day of April, 2020, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., at the Pocahontas County Circuit Courtroom, Pocahontas County Courthouse, 900 Tenth Avenue, Marlinton, West Virginia, 24954, present their petition and ask the Court to grant them the adoption of said child.
You may appear and defend your parental rights, if any, within thirty (30) days of the date of the service of this notice upon you personally or within thirty (30) days of the date of the first publication of this notice in a newspaper of general circulation. If within thirty (30) days of service personally or by publication as aforesaid, you fail to respond, you may not be allowed to appear in or receive future notice of the proceedings.
