Said Petition for Condemnation/Right of Entry under the West Virginia laws of eminent domain seeks property for the construction of electrical transmission, distribution, and communication lines and appurtenant equipment and fixtures, and condemnation and right of entry on behalf of Appalachian Power Company situate on McJunkin Road in Nitro, Poca District, Putnam County, West Virginia, identified as Tax Map 226, Parcel 102.1, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Putnam County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 574, at page 134, and being more specifically bounded and described as follows: 16.95 AC MCJUNKIN RD Being 6 parcels of land located on McJunkin Road in Nitro, Pocatalico District, Putnam County, West Virginia and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a Thrasher rebar and cap set at the northwesterly comer of the McJunkin Corporation parcel (Deed Book 205, Page 272) and on the easterly boundary line of the Nitro Management Company, Inc. parcel (Deed Book 344, Page 293), said rebar bears N 21 47'53" E 398.36 feet from a one inch iron pipe found at the southwesterly comer of said McJunkin Corporation parcel; thence with said easterly boundary line of the Nitro Management Company, Inc. parcel for part of a line and with the easterly boundary line of the Overnite Transportation Company parcel (Deed Book 202, Page 213) for the remainder of the line N 21 47'53" E 1506.67 feet to a Thrasher rebar and cap set at the southwesterly comer of a 50 feet wide right of way; thence with the southerly right of way line of said 50 foot right of way S 59 32'07" E 508.74 feet to a Thrasher rebar and cap set at the southeasterly comer of said 50 feet right of way and on the westerly right of way line for Norfolk and Southern Railway Company; thence leaving said southerly right of line and with said westerly right of way line S 21 47'53" W 1430.01 feet to a Thrasher rebar and cap set at the northeasterly comer of said McJunkin Corporation parcel; thence leaving said westerly right of way line and with the northerly boundary line of said McJunkin Corporation N 68 12' 07" W 502.94 feet to the point of beginning and containing 16.95 acres more or less. The aforementioned respondents are hereby notified the said Petition for Condemnation/Right of Entry has previously been served and notice published and may be obtained from the Putnam County Circuit Clerk's office at 12093 Winfield Road, Winfield, West Virginia, 25213, for the purposes of appearing and defending.
