ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this action is to establish the Petitioners, B.W.L. and V.O.L., as the parents of the above named minor child, C.W.Z. by way of a Petition for Adoption.
It appears by affidavit that the Petitioners have exercised due diligence, without success, to ascertain the identity, current residence and current whereabouts of the birth father.
Pursuant to the Rule 4(e) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedures, the unknown father is notified that the style of the action filed by the Petitioners is listed above; that the object of the civil action is for the adoption of C.W.Z. by B.W.L. and V.O.L.; that the mother of the minor child is Sedenea Nichole Zach, that the minor child was conceived when the mother was residing in Jonesville, North Carolina; that the parental rights of the unknown father regarding the named child, if any, may be terminated in the above proceeding; that the unknown father may appear and defend any of his rights within the required time after service; and, that if the unknown father is properly served with notice and fails to respond within the required time after service, said person may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
