Now comes the Petitioner, U.S. Bank National Association, not in its Individual Capacity But Solely as Trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT, by counsel, Gregory A. Stout, who states that the object of the above styled suit is for Declaratory Judgment in a deed of trust encumbering real estate commonly known as 126 Lickwater Road, Arnett, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
It is ordered that Respondent, SPSH Bank of America FSB, do serve upon Gregory A. Stout, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Reisenfeld & Associates, LPA, LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 245227, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
