The object of the above entitled action is to repossess certain property to satisfy the outstanding balance on a loan held by the Plaintiff.
And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of Respondent Lourdes Cole are unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Respondent serve upon Petitioner’s attorney Robert C. Kelly or W. Scott Campbell, of the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 601 Morris Street, Suite 400, Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer or any defense to the Petition filed in this action, on or before October 4, 2019; otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Respondent at any time thereafter. A copy of the Petition in this action may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s office.
