PUBLICATION
The object of the above entitled action is to reform by Order pursuant to Rule 57 of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure and West Virginia Code 55-13-1 et. seq., a certain Deed of Trust which secures the first lien mortgage loan upon the Respondent’s real estate. Such real estate, which is the subject of this action, is purported to be the residence of the Respondents.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that personal service upon the Defendants was twice or more attempted by the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Department, without effect.
It is hereby ORDERED that Janice B. Bramlett and John M. Bramlett do serve upon Paul Flanagan, Raleigh County Circuit Clerk, whose address is 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Janice M. Bramlett and John Bramlett at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained for the undersigned Clerk at his office.
