In the above captioned civil action pending before the Circuit Court of Randolph County, Lois Vanscoy and Burl Allen Vanscoy, Petitioners herein, on behalf of the infant child of Matthew Robinson and Kendall Lambert, has applied by Petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, for the entry of an Order by said Court for Guardianship of the said infant child. Any interested party may appear and be heard if they so desire.
