NOTICE OF HEARING
Please take notice that on the 1st day of December, 2015, at 1:30 p.m., Petitioners Kelly D. Cooper and Erin S. Cooper, shall bring this matter on for hearing in the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia. The purpose of said hearing is the change a juvenile’s name from K.K.G. to K.K.G.T. Those persons having an interest in said matter, or any objection thereto, may appear at the designated date and time to protect their interests as they deem appropriate. A copy of the Petition for Change of Name may be obtained, by a person with an interest, from the Circuit Clerk of Randolph County or from Gregory R.
