Notice is hereby served in accordance with Chapter 48, Article 5, Section 1 of the Code of West Virginia of the intention of Katherine Johnson Duncan to change her name from Katherine Johnson Duncan to Kathryn Marie Johnson. This hearing will be conducted before the Judge of the Circuit Court of Summers County, West Virginia, in accordance with the petition by Tele-Conferencing on the 26th day of June, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the same may be heard. The Petitioner shall contact the Summers County Circuit Clerk’s Office @ 304-466-7103 for information to participate in this hearing. Anyone having any objection to any such change of name as set forth in this notice may appear on said date by contacting the Summers County Circuit Clerk’s Office and make proper objections thereto. The date of hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
