Sweeney, for damages arising from a motor vehicle collision which occurred on May 18, 2025 in Fort Gay, Wayne County, West Virginia. Attempts to locate the Defendant, Torie D. Sweeney, at her last known address having been unsuccessful, it was requested that an Order for Publication be issued by the Clerk herein. It appearing that the Plaintiff having complied with the requirements of Rule 4(e)(l)(C) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, it is hereby ORDERED that Notice of this action be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Wayne, West Virginia. The Defendant, Torie D. Sweeney, is hereby ORDERED to serve upon R. Matthew Vital and Vital & Vital, L.C., counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 536 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before May 1, 2026, a date notfewer than 30 days after the first publication of said Notice. Failure to respond accordingly will result in judgment by default against said Defendant at any time thereafter.
