The object of the above-referenced civil action is a Petition Under W. Va. Code 55-13-4 for Injunction of Distribution of Probate Assets and Declaration of Rights Regarding the Same. A hearing is scheduled for June 19, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. before the Honorable Warren R. McGraw at the Wyoming County Circuit Court at the Wyoming County Courthouse, 100 Main and Bank Streets, Pineville, West Virginia, to grant the relief sought for in the petition.
