The Petitioner, Jonathan Schoenberger, by counsel, Christopher P. Stroech, Esq., pursuant to Rule 4(e)(1) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure and W.Va. Code §41-5-5, has requested that the Clerk of the Commission enter this Order of Publication. Based upon this request, it is ADJUDGED and ORDERED that the following be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Jefferson County:

Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed to probate a copy of a
Last Will and Testament of Edward J. Still in solemn form.
A copy of the Petition may be obtained from the Jefferson County Clerk’s Office.
Each known and unknown interested party must appear and defend on or
before January 12, 2026, at 2:00pm, at the 1st Floor Former County Commission Room,
100 East Washington Street, Historic Courthouse, Charles Town, West Virginia, 25414,
which is not fewer than thirty (30) days after the first publication hereof.
Should any interested party fail to appear, default judgment will be rendered against
