DELINQUENT OR UNPROGRESSED ESTATES
The undersigned Fiduciary Supervisor of the County Commission does hereby NOTIFY all persons interested in the estates listed below that a hearing before the County Commission has been scheduled on the 13th day of May, 2020, at or near 10:00 AM at the Summers County Courthouse in Hinton, West Virginia. This hearing is regarding the ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE that was previously entered by the County Commission on the 8th day of April, 2020 to address the reports of the Summer County Fiduciary Supervisor againts the following personal representatives.

The above personal representatives and any interested persons are hereby NOTIFIED to appear at such hearing and take such actions as he or she deems proper, otherwise the County Commission may take such action as it deems appropriate including removing the appointed personal representative from the office and appointing another person as personal representative, or ordering that the estate be administratively closed, all in accordance with law.
Due to the current COVID 19 situation, the Summers County Commission has determined, based upon guidance issued by the federal government, the State of West Virginia, and the Centers For Disease Control, that a public meeting that allows citizens to attend in person constitutes a public health risk at this time.
